Cordis appointments: Johnson & Johnson interventional cardiology division has filled three VP-level positions, the firm said Oct. 13. Carl St. Bernard joins Cordis as VP of U.S. sales and marketing. He was previously general manager of the magnetic resonance imaging unit at GE Healthcare. Paul Chang has moved from J&J's pharmaceutical R&D team to become Cordis' VP-worldwide clinical research and operations. Finally, Ryan Saadi, formerly of Genzyme, is tapped to fill the health economics and reimbursement VP role.
