Revised human allograft exclusive worldwide distribution agreement includes an option for Medtronic Sofamor Danek to purchase up to $10 mil. of Regeneration Technologies stock. The pact, which relates to RTI's specialty tissue allografts and bone paste used in spinal surgery, also calls for an increase in the licensing and transfer fees paid by Medtronic from 30% to "40-50%," RTI says.
