Executive Summary
Johnson & Johnson issues non-exclusive license to Swiss firm Jomed related to certain intellectual property for balloon catheters used in coronary and peripheral procedures. Royalty payments are not being disclosed. The pact will allow Jomed to supply angioplasty and stent delivery catheters "based on a single platform technology," Jomed explains in a Nov. 20 release.
