Executive Summary
Former HHS staffer Robert Graham, MD, is appointed director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's Center for Practice and Technology Assessment (CPTA). Graham was employed by HHS from 1970 to 1985, and held various positions in the Health Services and Mental Health Administration, the Bureau of Health Manpower and the Health Resources and Services Administration. Graham replaces Douglas Kamerow, MD, who had been director since 1994
