Planned merger with Cremascoli Ortho Group will expand the orthopedic surgical device maker's European presence and add complementary product lines, Wright announces Dec. 17. The transaction will be funded by Arlington, Tennessee-based Wright's principal shareholders - Warburg Pincus Equity Partners and Vertical Group - and is expected to close by year-end.
