An export advisory committee to resolve conflicts over interpretation of the FDA Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996 may be called for by Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.), Kimberly Spaulding, senior health policy advisor for the New Hampshire Republican, said at a Dec. 11 session of the Food and Drug Law Institute annual conference in Washington, D.C.
