U.S. DIAGNOSTIC LABS ADDING 95 MOBILE IMAGING UNITS through the acquisition of Alliance Imaging Inc. USDL announced Aug. 19 that it is considering a plan to acquire Alliance in a stock swap transaction valued at between $65 and $70 mil., or between $6 and $6.50 per share of Alliance stock. Alliance currently operates 87 magnetic resonance imaging mobile facilities and eight computed tomography units in the U.S.
