Executive Summary
NMC's Hampers: National Medical Care Chairman, President and CEO Constantine Hampers resigns from his position at the dialysis device company, as well as his posts of director and executive VP for NMC parent W.R. Grace. Hampers, who founded NMC in 1968, will remain as an advisor to the company "on certain international business development opportunities," according to a Grace release.
