Executive Summary
Angeion: Joins St. Jude's Pacesetter division as party in patent infringement suit against Guidant's Cardiac Pacemakers Inc. unit, according to a June 20 Angeion release. Pacesetter has amended its suit against CPI to include "several" Angeion patents to which the St. Jude unit has rights under a February 1993 licensing agreement.
