U.S. SURGICAL'S SURGIVIEW LAPAROSCOPE $15/USE COST compares favorably to standard reusable laparoscopes, the company says. Unlike its more durable competitors, the Surgiview is designed to be used about 35 times and then discarded. At a unit price of under $500, the device costs $15 at most on a per use basis, the company says.
