FONAR WINS $110 MIL. AWARD IN MRI PATENT SUIT WITH GE under a jury award handed down May 26 in the U.S. District Court for Eastern New York. Fonar had been seeking over $300 mil. in lost profits and royalties for General Electric Medical Systems' infringement on two patents covering Fonar's magnetic resonance imaging technology.
