Executive Summary
Utica, New York-based manufacturer of electrosurgery and heart monitoring products acquires an EKG electrode product line from Becton Dickinson Vascular Access. The line, Conmed says, includes "specialty EKG monitoring electrodes and accessories which are particularly useful during surgical procedures." Conmed, which claims to be the second largest EKG monitoring electrode supplier in the U.S., says the additional line will allow it "to expand our EKG product offerings and further strengthen our patient care business."
