Executive Summary
Settles lawsuit brought against the company by PPG Industries in August 1993 regarding alleged patent infringement and misappropriation of PPG trade secrets in the development of Diametrics" IRMA portable blood gas analyzer ("The Gray Sheet" Aug. 16, 1993, p. 29). Under the terms of the settlement, the parties agree "to dismiss all claims" against each other and "to grant each other full releases."
