Executive Summary
Adds former HHS staffers Susan Zagame and Anna Baldwin to its Technology and Regulatory Affairs Department. Zagame was named director, regulatory affairs and counsel; Baldwin will be director, technical and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining the Health Industry Manufacturers Association, Zagame served as acting HHS general counsel, a post she assumed in November 1992 following the departure of Michael Astrue.
