Decides to seek a buyer for Collaborative Diagnostics, its genetic and cancer testing services business. Company President and CEO Robert Hennessey explains in an April 8 release that "the financial commitment required for a successful growth strategy in cancer and genetic diagnostic testing falls well beyond [the] available resources" of the firm.
