Signs definitive agreement to acquire Golden Valley, Minnesota-based Dahlberg, maker of the Miracle Ear line of hearing aids. B&L signed a letter of intent to acquire Dahlberg on Feb. 2 ("The Gray Sheet" Feb. 8, p. 14). The acquisition is subject to B&L's completion of due diligence by April 15 and the approval of Dahlberg's shareholders at a meeting scheduled for early May.
