An Insu-litigious Moment In The Patch Pump World

Insulet and EOFlow have been locked in a legal dispute for more than two months now, however it seems EOFlow may be on the back foot, after having an injunction made against it. This could have major implications for the wider diabetes sector, as a whole.

Insulet has had its first success in its legal dispute with the South Korea-based EOFlow, which it has accused of patent infringement.

Insulet is claiming that when it examined EOFlow’s EOPatch, similarities between EOPatch and its own Omnipod products were apparent.
