Masimo Trade Secret Case Declared Mistrial

An ongoing intellectual property dispute between Apple and Masimo ended in a mistrial.

The most recent trial in a trade secrets case between Apple Inc and Masimo Corp ended in a mistrial after jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict, Reuters reported on 1 May.

Jurors began deliberating on 26 April, but since their decision wasn’t unanimous, Federal Judge James Selna from the Central District of California declared the trial a mistrial.
