Challenges Prompt Diagnostics Footprint Change At Siemens Healthineers

Company bids to reduce business complexity

Siemens Healthineers reported strong increases revenues and order bookings for its fiscal 2022, but it is realigning its radiation oncology businesses and changing its IVD business structure.

Siemens Healthineers AG reported a nominal-basis revenues rise of 21%, to €21.7bn ($22.5bn), in 2021-22. On a comparable basis, the company’s revenues were up 5.9% up on 2020-21 despite the headwinds experienced across the industry.
