Appeals Court Upholds $300m Mesh Judgement Against Ethicon

Johnson & Johnsonwill need to pay more than $300m in penalties for deceptively marketing subsidiary Ethicon Inc.’s pelvic mesh products, a California appeals court ruled last week.
