BD Sues Beckman Coulter Over Flow Cytometry Patents

Products in Beckman Coulter Inc.’s CytoFlex line of cell sorters infringe four patents held by Becton, Dickinson and Company, BD claims in a lawsuit filed on 7 June in Delaware federal court.
