SeaSpine Holdings Acquires Toronto-Based 7D Surgical For $110M

SeaSpine Holdings Corporation announced on 22 March it has entered into an agreement to acquire privately held Toronto-based 7D Surgical Inc. in a cash and stock deal valued at $110m.
