Boston Scientific Pays More Than $1Bn For Lumenis’ Surgical Laser Business

Boston Scientific Corporation has agreed to pay $1.07bn to acquire Lumenis’ global surgical business from Baring Private Equity Asia, the companies announced on 3 March.
