Telehealth company Amwell hopes to raise $560m in an initial public offering, according to an S-1 registration statement. The company said it will offer 35 million shares of its class A common stock priced between $14 and $16 a share.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Piper Sandler will act as the joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering.
