As people everywhere continue to face uncertainties and challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, rates of depression, anxiety and feelings of hopelessness are also on the rise. According to a poll by the Kaiser Health Foundation, 45% of adults in the US reported their mental health has been negatively impacted due to worry and stress over the virus.
