The device industry is keeping its fingers crossed for a revised end-of- year tax bill released by House Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady, R-Texas. The 253-page bill includes a five-year extended moratorium on the 2.3% medical device excise tax, which is currently set to come back in 2020.
