For the second quarter in a row, devices to treat coronary artery disease captured the most approvals outside the US in the third quarter of 2018, according to Meddevicetracker and Medtech Insight's Approvals Tracker. Peripheral artery disease devices, devices to treat catheter complications and devices for Parkinson's disease were the only other clinical categories with more than three entries this quarter.
