ArthroCare’s ENTrigue buy broadens sinus surgery offerings

Minimally invasive surgery specialist ArthroCare has further fleshed out its ear, nose and throat portfolio with new products for endoscopic sinus surgery, gained through its purchase of the firm ENTrigue Surgical. ArthroCare paid $45 million in cash for San Antonia, Texas-based ENTrigue, as well as agreeing to fork out annual milestone payments related to sales of ENTrigue products over the next five years.
