Personal Genome Diagnostics Inc. appointed Douglas Ward CEO and to its board of directors, the firm said May 9. Ward replaces PGDx co-founders Luis Diaz and Victor Velculescu in the CEO spot. The two have been co-leading the firm, which provides advanced cancer genome testing, and will remain with the company. (See [A#2014900092].)
