Johnson & Johnson and Yale University’s Open Data Access (YODA) announced the broad availability J&J's device and diagnostics clinical trial data to independent researchers. The two organizations have been hashing out the agreement for over a year since they came to a similar arrangement for drug trials at the start of 2014
