The Senate approved a conference agreement with the House on H.R. 2146, a Trade Promotion Authority bill endorsed by industry, on June 24. The “Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015,” or TPA-2015

, now goes to the President, who is expected to sign it shortly.
