Developer of products to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia Urologix has appointed Greg Fluet CEO, effective Jan. 30. Fluet, who joined Urologix as executive VP and chief operating officer in July 2008, has been the firm’s interim CEO since November. As COO, Fluet was responsible for all Urologix’ operations and business development, and has been instrumental in the structuring of a 2011 agreement with Medtronic for the distribution rights to the Prostiva RF therapy product line.
Fluet replaces Stryker Warren Jr., who came out of retirement in 2008 to lead the company and then retired again in November. (See Also see "People In Brief" -...
