The Cleveland Clinic unveiled its top 10 innovations for 2014 on Oct. 16 in Cleveland, with more than half focused on devices, diagnostics and health information technology. The top innovation for 2014, according to the respected medical center: Second Sight Medical Products Inc.’s retinal prosthesis Argus II, which was approved by the FDA under a humanitarian device exemption in February.
