Medtronic's DeMane goes VC: Former Medtronic Chief Operating Officer Michael DeMane joins health care venture capital firm Thomas, McNerney & Partners April 3. Thomas, McNerney's device portfolio includes atrial fibrillation firm Atritech and continuous glucose monitor developer ArKal Medical.
